She said progress on action items is tracked with a red/yellow/green status indicator and that red indicates outcomes are not yet known, while some measures like SBAC are already reported.
Stevens said the LCAP was approved last June for a three‑year cycle and that the midyear update is required for the board before the February deadline referenced in the presentation materials. She pointed trustees to a slide link for details on metrics and expenditures through November and noted that bond and facility projects cited in the goals are moving into planning tied to Measure N.
Board members did not raise substantive follow‑up questions during Stevens’ presentation; the board thanked her after the update.
