A fire department representative told the committee the event must have three firefighters on duty: two firefighters from noon to 11 p.m. and an incident command officer from 6 to 11 p.m., with exact times to be finalized closer to the event. "From fire, you guys are required to have three firefighters, two from noon to 11, and then an incident command officer from 6 to 11," the representative said.
Public works, utilities and billing reported no additional comments; the department of design had no comments beyond the staff report.
