Lake Stevens board approves consent agenda, personnel actions and $1.18M field-lighting contract

Director Iseminger moved to award the public works contract for installation of field lighting at Cavelero Mid High School and North Lake Middle School to Musco Sports Lighting, LLC (through KCDA) for $1,180,138.00. Director Lund seconded and the board approved the award.
Separately, the board approved the Sept. 10, 2025 regular meeting minutes; Director Nina Hanson abstained from that minutes vote because she had not attended the Sept. 10 meeting. The minutes were approved with the abstention noted.
