The chair said the regular meeting would reconvene following the closed session and that the board would consider items 2.1 through 2.4 while in closed session.

The chair told the public that matters involving litigation, student or personnel items, and negotiations are handled outside open session and asked anyone with questions about those topics to speak with the superintendent after the meeting.
