Speaker 4 noted that a recently passed Lehi law requires many public documents — building permits, parade permits and road-closure forms — to be digitized and available for electronic signature; staff will inventory current documents, identify exceptions, and plan the digitization effort.
No contracts were approved during the meeting; staff said they will bring negotiated contract recommendations and digitization plans back to the council for formal approval as needed.
