Christian County Commission appoints Linda Daugherty to senior board, names three to Planning and Zoning

The commission also considered three openings on the county Planning and Zoning Board. Six candidates applied; commissioners each cast three votes by secret ballot and read the tallies aloud. The top three vote-getters—Michael White (reappointment), Morgan Neal and Valerie Carr—were approved in a single motion moved by Commissioner Williams and seconded by Commissioner Jackson. The vote was unanimous.
