Chair Curt Brauer called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. and it adjourned at 9:31 a.m.
Committee members approved the March 17, 2026, minutes at the start of the meeting. Supervisor Bill Goehring moved to approve the minutes; Supervisor Marilyn Montemayor seconded and the motion carried with no nay votes. The committee called for public comment and none was given.
