After the closed session, Becker moved and Damon Anuci supported a motion to approve and authorize the settlement agreement in Case No. 1:24-cv-01355-HYJ-RSK for $122,500 and to authorize City Manager April Storms to execute all documents related to the agreement. The roll-call vote was unanimous among members present; the motion carried.
