Councilmembers confirmed the classification for community leagues (class 2) and approved the waiver.
A separate waiver request from Livingston High School for its all-class reunion on Sept. 26 sought use of Memorial Park picnic shelter and kitchen; staff listed facility fees, electricity and a deposit. Council approved the waiver after clarifying the fee and hours math.
Both waivers were approved by unanimous roll-call votes. Council directed staff to correct the fee-calculation errors in the supporting documents but indicated consensus that these routine community requests meet the written criteria.
