Later, Council member Steve Huggins moved, seconded by Council member Brandon Harnish, to approve an Additional Appropriation request for the Pre-Trial Diversion fund; that motion also passed 6-0. Council member Scott Elzey moved, seconded by Council member Todd Mahnensmith, to approve the Wells County CASA Grant fund Additional Appropriation; it passed 6-0.
The meeting closed when Council member Steve Huggins moved to adjourn at 7:34 p.m.; Council member Scott Elzey seconded and the motion carried 6-0.
