Chairman Nath called for a roll‑call vote; all five supervisors voted yes.
The county engineer opened bids earlier in the meeting for the two projects before the board moved to adopt the resolutions. The resolutions state that contract execution is contingent on receipt of required contract documents, including the contractor’s bond and certificate of insurance, and designate the board chair to execute the contracts on behalf of Kossuth County.
