Resident urges shade at playgrounds and asks leaders to review mask‑enforcement policies

Lisa Lou, who gave her address as 63 Bassett Street, reported a near-miss collision involving a bus on Aug. 11 and asked the council to encourage safer driving through broader information sharing.
