A local contractor (Noel of Walter Roofing) asked whether Clive might pursue a housing-revitalization program like one in Des Moines; the agency official said the 86th Street neighborhood master plan identified long-term housing needs in that area and that a program similar to Des Moines' could be possible, but no specific program exists at this time.
