Clay County commissioners workshop updates strategic plan and adds new public-health KPIs

Troy Nagel (assistant county manager) said staff reorganized the plan with red/green/blue edits to show removed, added and reworded items, and proposed using a single-sheet, quarterly "report card" so the board and public can track progress. "We kind of took a look at this to become more efficient in tracking this quarterly," Nagel said during the presentation.
