Town members raised follow‑up questions about moving one pole further to improve future town property access, the type and size of poles (presenters said a 22‑foot diameter anchor is expected and wood poles would not pass if larger anchors are required), and whether the town could use an existing development easement instead of signing a new one.
Town staff said they had received maps and a memo from the utility and that staff would send the work map for council review; members agreed to send the item on for further action next week. No formal easement was signed during the meeting.
