She quoted contractor correspondence saying they believed the residue could be removed with clay barring but said Precision informed her otherwise.
Cox described the condition as a safety hazard because vision through windows is impaired at certain angles and at night. She asked the board for help securing a remedy and said High Grade had offered $300 to replace a windshield — an amount Cox said would not cover replacement or address residue on other glass and mirrored surfaces.
Board President Birup Patel acknowledged the comment and indicated staff and administrators would follow up. Members noted Jeff Bowden (ETA) and others in the room who could assist with logistics and follow‑up.
