City staff member Josh told the board a draft tax-increment financing (TIF) agreement has been sent to the developer's team for review and that staff expects to bring the agreement to the DDA for consideration, likely at the May meeting after the developer returns comments. "Once we get back their comments on the TIF agreement, we'll bring it to the board," Josh said.
The board did not take action on the TIF at the meeting; staff will notify the board when the developer's comments arrive and schedule the item for a future meeting.
