The board accepted a settlement in case number 616253, ratified an adult‑education agreement with Mount San Jacinto Community College District and approved several personnel and job‑description items.
Jeff Brown reported that the board, in closed session, accepted a settlement with release of claims in the matter of case number 616253. "The proposal calls for dismissal with prejudice of a lawsuit claiming constructive termination," Brown said, and he reported the vote was unanimous.
