Also reported out of closed session was the unanimous appointment of Kenneth Mueller as director of maintenance, operations and transportation. In open session the board ratified agreement 24‑328‑035 with Mount San Jacinto Community College District for the California Adult Education Program covering July 1, 2024, through Dec. 31, 2025; the motion passed following the consent agenda vote.
On personnel matters the board approved the certificate of personnel assignment order dated Oct. 22, 2024. The record shows item 13.1 carried with a tally of four yes votes, one no and one abstention. Several job‑description changes were approved, including a new technology support analyst description and revisions for human resources coordinator and the director of maintenance, operations and transportation.
