Planning board approves several procedural items, moves meetings and continues lot-line case
Summary
The board unanimously approved withdrawal of a seafood-cart application, approved minutes for 05/01/2025, moved a July work session to July 10 and continued a lot-line adjustment and related public hearing to June 19.
At the start of the meeting the board voted to withdraw the Ray's seafood cart application from consideration; the motion to withdraw was made and seconded and passed without opposition.
Later in the agenda the board voted to accept as complete the application for 24 Shore Drive (see separate article) and voted to continue a lot-line adjustment related to Bayside Road and Great Bay Road to the public hearing on Thursday, June 19, 2025. The lot-line continuance motion was made and seconded and passed unanimously.
The board approved the minutes of Thursday, May 1, 2025, accepted scheduling changes (moving a July 3 work session to July 10), and set topics for the June 5 work session, including CIP discussion with school and recreation departments; motions carried without recorded opposition.
At the end of the evening the board moved to adjourn; the motion passed and the meeting was closed.
