Staff also cited poor attendance among some members and said most remaining members pos; terms do not expire until 2028, so immediate reappointments were not proposed.
A commissioner moved to accept the reorganization and to sign letters thanking those leaving the commission and to proceed with the administrative changes; the motions were seconded and approved unanimously. Staff indicated letters were prepared for signatures.
Staff and commissioners noted the change does not preclude future adjustments to the commission pos;s size and that membership and recruitment practices will be reviewed when vacancies occur.
