Commissioners approve fairgrounds operating agreement, extend DelFest rental and OK dirt-track schedule

The board also approved a recommended dirt-track racing schedule to let Mountain Maryland Ventures promote and advertise the upcoming season; local race organizers described memorial events and a community fundraising effort that had produced $2,000 in donations last year. All three agenda items were moved and adopted during the meeting.
