After a closed‑session discussion of personnel and student disciplinary matters, the board reconvened and on a motion by Tom Doyle, seconded by Morgan Banasiak, approved the dismissal of custodian Menfis Martinez. The roll‑call vote was six ayes, zero nays. The board also approved closed‑session minutes and adjourned at 8:09 p.m.
