A board member explained, "Notice is a prerequisite to [a] hearing the application, and therefore, it comes down to they either have to abandon the application and start again or simply cure the notice from it, which is what's happening." The board said the items are expected to be heard on July 23.
Members discussed quorum planning for July; the board noted five members are required and asked members to notify staff if they cannot attend. The meeting then concluded with a motion to adjourn.
