She's not on any boards and so on and believes she can hear this matter, without bias,” and said there was no absolute conflict, so Napierano would remain to hear the matter.
The meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance and a roll call. Several members responded present and the clerk announced a quorum. The moderator stated that adequate notice had been given in accordance with the sunshine law and that notice was published online and posted at the annex building on July 10, 2025.
Before taking the recess, the moderator also noted a white vehicle had been running and unattended in the front handicap spot for about 10 minutes and asked if it belonged to anyone at the meeting.
