Commissioners discussed fire‑truck turning radii, emergency access, and the desirability of cross-access alignments; some said the plan appeared too dense for the site in its current configuration.
After debate, a motion to recommend denial of the concept plan passed by roll call. The commission’s action is a recommendation to the village board and does not, by itself, approve or disapprove any subdivision or construction permits.
