Board approves Archer Estates 12th filing subdivision plat

The Laramie County Board of Commissioners voted July 15 to approve the subdivision permit and plat for Archer Estates twelfth filing, splitting Tract 1 (9.19 acres) into a 9.19-acre and a 5.25-acre residential tract at 7655 West Stett Road.
Justin Arnold of Laramie County Planning presented the staff report, noting the property lies in an agricultural and rural-residential zone and that water will be served by individual wells and septic systems. Agency comments were addressed and engineering granted waivers for drainage and traffic studies because impacts were judged minimal.
Cotton Jones, agent for the applicants Carl Lehi and Deborah K. Smith, was present to answer questions. The planning commission had recommended approval 3–0. After a motion and second the board approved the plat; a roll-call vote recorded ayes from the commissioners.
No additional conditions were attached to the approval during the meeting.
