Laramie County planning staff presented an application and staff report recommending approval of the Connolly Ranch subdivision permit and plat with conditions. Justin Arnold, representing Laramie County Planning and Development, said the 50.77‑acre property would be divided into a 1.6‑acre tract and a 44.74‑acre remainder and that agency comments must be addressed on the plat before recordation.
The applicant’s surveyor, Shane Hansen of Style Surveying Services, was present to answer questions. Staff reported that public notice was provided and that no public comments were received at the time of the report; agency comments were being reviewed and must be resolved before final recordation.
The commission adopted findings of fact and approved the plat with the condition that all agency comments be addressed or corrected prior to recordation.
