Piscataway board approves personnel, fiscal and policy items; soccer club donates nets

On administrative items the board approved a donation from the Piscataway Soccer Club of two portable soccer nets valued by the presenting member at nearly $3,000 each for field use; a board member recorded an abstention on a related agenda item due to travel. Curriculum and pupil-services motions were also approved by roll call.
