Quorum Court approves 3% increase to Waste Connections transfer-station fees

The roll-call vote recorded ayes from JPs Baugh, Beavers, Evans, Fletcher, Foust, Henegar, Malone, Martin, Moorehead and Tamburo; there were no nays and JP McClung was absent. The resolution passed and was adopted as Resolution 2025-12.
The court did not specify an effective date for the new rate schedule in the meeting minutes. The resolution and its adjusted fee schedule will be reflected in county records as Resolution 2025-12.
