Mark (Presenter) told the Golf Enterprise Committee the club's membership cards have been distributed and staff will publish a calendar of member-only specials. "Our $1.25 promo on Mondays is picking up traction," he said, adding the special runs at a narrow window to encourage photo opportunities and social promotion.
Regina confirmed new entertainment and calendar plans for Bass River. "Starting this week, we have live music on the patio of Bass River," she said, noting shows will be scheduled Thursday evenings from about 6 to 8 p.m. and that music bingo and lawn games will follow in coming weeks.
Committee members and staff described operational changes intended to speed service and improve consistency. Mark said beverage carts are operating cashless to streamline transactions, and that Bass River's remote-ordering window is being maintained during daytime service (roughly 10:30 a.m. to 2:00'3:00 p.m.) as kitchen capacity allows. He told members Bayberry's remote ordering remains limited because of equipment outages; staff are awaiting parts for a fryer and sandwich-maker refrigerator and expect restoration within days.
The committee agreed staff will provide a short written calendar of member-only specials (typically Sunday'Wednesday) and the restrictions for certain promos (e.g., a per-person limit on the $1.25 hot-dog special). Members asked operations to confirm whether the membership discount code (10% off food) remains active; Regina said she would reactivate the code and circulate details.
The update emphasized training and communications: staff will hold an all-staff meeting to align teams on new card benefits, promo timing and service expectations. The committee encouraged clearer on-site signage and an online calendar so members and guest staff know when member-only specials apply.
