Council adopts resolutions honoring outgoing mayor and three council members; all measures pass unanimously

Fort Collins City Council voted to adopt four resolutions recognizing the public service of Mayor Arndt and Councilmembers Susan Gutowski, Tricia Canonico and Kelly Olsen. Each resolution was moved, seconded and approved unanimously in roll-call votes recorded in the transcript as 7–0.
