Calabasas assistant city attorney John Fox leaves; commission welcomes new adviser

At the March 19 meeting the commission learned Assistant City Attorney John Fox will join the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office; John Cardenas introduced himself as the incoming adviser.
Planning staff announced at the end of the March 19 meeting that Assistant City Attorney John Fox has accepted a position with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office and that tonight was his last meeting. Fox addressed the commission and said it had been a pleasure to work with the members.
Staff introduced John Cardenas as the incoming adviser to the Planning Commission; Cardenas gave his name and city of residence (Dana Point) and said he looked forward to working with the commission.
The commissioners thanked Fox for his years of service and welcomed Cardenas. The personnel change was recorded for the meeting minutes and will be reflected in future staff contact lists.
