Councilman Morse moved to approve the motion consent agenda; Council member Morales seconded and the motion carried with all present voting "aye." The council then considered the resolution consent agenda. Mayor Douglas J. Nichols disclosed a conflict on a contract involving Kimley-Horn and turned the meeting over to a council member for that item. After discussion, the council adopted Resolution R-2026-012, titled "ADA self-evaluation and transition plan," on a roll call vote with the clerk recording "aye" votes and the resolution declared adopted.
The council also adopted Ordinance O-2026-011 (annexation ANEX-44726, Livingston Ranch units 5 through 7). The clerk displayed the ordinance title and the clerk's roll call recorded "aye" votes from attending members; the ordinance was declared adopted.
