The consent agenda—moved by Councilmember Glenn and seconded by Councilmember Straughn—included approval of the Sept. 4 minutes, claims checks #414598 through #414636 and two electronic funds transfers totaling $1,565,812.37, and payroll checks #414596 through #414597 and 27580 through 27581 with 24 EFTs totaling $127,581.82. The motion carried.
Under AB 099-2024 the council adopted the City of Granite Falls EFT Financial Policy. Councilmember Griggs moved the policy and Councilmember FitzGerald seconded; the motion carried.
Under AB 098-2024 the council approved an interlocal agreement for emergency management services with Snohomish County with a not-to-exceed amount of $7,000. Councilmember FitzGerald moved that item and Councilmember Griggs seconded; the motion carried.
