Staff told the commission the PD covers roughly 390 acres on both sides of E‑470 primarily west of Chambers Road and that the bulk of the development was annexed into the town in 2007 with an additional 150‑acre area added in 2015 known as Compark Village South. "Therefore staff recommends that the planning commission recommend Town Council approve the Compark Village PD amendment number 8," the planning staff presenter said.
