"I'm gonna package them up in little packs of 5...We're gonna sell 5 for $20," she said, adding that the Friends had approved the purchase and expected the cards to arrive by April 23.
Trustees also discussed staff appreciation-week logistics — timing, who will bring food, and tableware availability — and agreed the library has sufficient tablecloths and serving items for the events. The director said the Friends will provide a bulletin board and that the Friends plan to deliver a separate library-workers' day gift later in April.
The trustees thanked the Friends for the initiatives and asked to be notified when items arrive so they can be made available at the circulation desk and at upcoming events.
