Staff member moved to approve the MBA open invoice register dated April 3, 2026, in the amount of $540,549.32; Committee member seconded and the motion passed by voice vote. Later, Staff member moved to approve the disbursement summary (checks dated March 25 through April 3, 2026) totaling $5,314.97; Chair seconded and the board voted to acknowledge receipt of the summary.
The board also acknowledged the cash summary as of April 2, 2026, and approved the accounts receivable report after Committee member moved and Staff member seconded. Those routine financial acknowledgements were recorded without objection.
Separately, the board voted to update its Utah project portal priorities (see separate article) and directed staff to make the portal edits before the May 1 submission deadline. The meeting adjourned at 10:41 a.m.
