Oak Hill Building Corporation accepts president's resignation; recommends new member and elects officers

At its meeting, the Oak Hill School Building Corporation accepted the resignation of President Michael Hicks, effective Dec. 31, 2025. The chair said Hicks emailed his resignation and the email was included in the meeting packet. A committee member moved to accept the resignation, a second was recorded, and the chair called the vote and recorded approval.
