Needham tree committee finalizes slide work, sets public forum and adjourns

At the close of the March 18 meeting, the Town of Needham Tree Preservation Planning Committee assigned slide and presenter work ahead of a scheduled public forum and identified immediate follow-ups for counsel and staff.
Chair Klein Porter asked Gabby and two volunteers (Erica and the chair) to assemble annotated slides and distribute them to members for comment. Members volunteered to present particular slide groups so the public forum will be a group presentation rather than a single speaker.
The committee summarized next steps: counsel will refine DBH and ADU language; staff will report on whether the permitting workflow can enforce required plan uploads; and the group will continue work at the next meeting and the March 25 public forum. A motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
