The Adelanto City Council on Oct. 9 introduced the first reading of Ordinance 654 (ZCA-24-02), a city-initiated zoning text amendment that would add personal mini-storage and recreational-vehicle storage as conditional uses in the commercial and mixed-use zoning districts.
Luis Morales, the city’s project planner, presented the measure and said the planning commission recommended the change.
