A motion to accept the personnel report passed by voice vote; the chair recorded the vote as 7–0. After the motion passed, Justin Kinsey addressed the board: "I'm humbled and honored. Appreciate you guys trusting me with the program... I'm a teacher first and foremost. I've been an educator for 17 years... I'm excited to be here, ready to get to work." Kinsey said he expects to fit into the program and work with staff and spring sports schedules.
The board president congratulated Kinsey and welcomed him to Tri‑County; administrators said Kinseywill begin work as approved and no additional conditions were recorded during the meeting. The transcript shows the board completed the personnel action during the meeting without further amendment.
