Board member Morgan Banasiak moved to approve the consent agenda; Chad McLean seconded the motion. On roll call, trustees Morgan Banasiak, Chad McLean, Rita Balgeman, Tom Doyle, Sandra Garcia, Janette Hernandez and Molly Denton voted aye; there were no nays.
The approved expenditures included $413,062.91 in bills dated Nov. 24 through Dec. 5, 2025, and an Imprest account reconciliation of $50. The board approved prior meeting minutes for Nov. 5, 2025.
Personnel actions approved on the consent agenda included one hire — Indira Manzanares, Family Engagement Specialist at the Early Learning Center, effective Dec. 8, 2025 — two resignations (Ma Remedios Mondragon, Utility Custodian at ESC, effective Nov. 18, 2025; Katie Gehring, Self-Contained Preschool Teacher at Pioneer, effective Dec. 19, 2025) and two retirements (Beth Walrath, Learning Behavior Specialist at Wegner, effective Dec. 19, 2025; Yolanda Narvaez, Paraprofessional at Turner, effective Jan. 30, 2026).
The motion carried on the roll call vote and the board recorded the action in the official minutes. The board later moved into closed session and reconvened before adjourning at 9:43 p.m.
