Kittitas County explores interlocal maintenance agreement with City for Cold Weather Shelter

The board heard that needed work could include plumbing, lighting, doors and locks. After the briefing, the board directed staff to move forward with exploring the interlocal agreement, without asking for a formal motion or vote at that time, Patti said.
