Applicant Chris Foster told the commission the fencing is complete, setbacks are met, and the plan set for paving is in. Commissioners asked about timing and contractor availability; Foster said the paving will commence once weather permits and necessary approvals are complete. There was no public comment on the item.
A commissioner moved to approve the SUP based on the findings and conditions in the staff report; the motion was seconded and carried.
