The Altoona City Council on Oct. 21 approved an ordinance amending Chapter 159 of the Sign Code to add the C-7 district to the list of areas eligible for Interstate Signs, provided applicants meet the code’s established criteria.
Community Development Director John Shaw introduced the amendment, saying the change is intended to include the C-7 district in the list of eligible areas for an Interstate Sign.
