Jordan Mulholland of Denver Human Services’ IDEAS program told the committee the partnership with HOST grew from a 2023 pilot and stakeholder input that identified housing as a top priority. "IDEA stands for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Equitable Access to Services," Mulholland said.
