Council heard updates on water and sewer specification documents slated for formal consideration in May and was told a packet with models and details will be provided before the upcoming water meeting.
City manager Jim suggested asking Planning Director Grama to make a brief presentation at next month’s workshop on the Carroll County Water Resources Element Plan. Council members said a short summary and recommended options would be helpful; the manager noted one councilor (Mead) is familiar with the plan from prior planning commission work.
The presiding officer said staff will present three potential models for water service and that those materials will be distributed in a packet before the water meeting. No action was taken tonight; the items will be revisited in May when the council receives the introduction packet and supporting materials.
