Byron Allred was administered the official Oath of Office for the State of Utah during the Rocky Ridge Town Council meeting on Jan. 21, 2026. The oath, read and signed by Allred, was witnessed by Mayor Ronald Allred and other council members.
Earlier in the meeting, Council Member Andrew Aagard moved to approve the council’s December minutes; Council Member Joanna Covington seconded and the motion passed with all voting in favor. The council listed present as Mayor Ronald Allred and council members Andrew Aagard, Byron Allred, Joanna Covington and Chuck Todd.
Council Member Byron Allred later moved to adjourn the meeting; Council Member Andrew Aagard seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 8:08 p.m. The minutes were signed and approved by Town Clerk Neva J. Ray.
