Board approves agenda, reads two emergent settlements and hears public thanks to retiring coach

Staff said the board president and secretary are authorized to execute the documents and that the business administrator and superintendent are authorized to take further steps to implement the terms.
During general public comment a resident who identified himself as "Dave Josh, 64 Cedar Place" thanked the board and superintendent for his opportunity to finish his career in the district and for support for athletics programs. Board members responded with thanks and recognition.
The board closed with member comments and a motion to adjourn.
